[ooc]Is this running like a regular RP? Or are we only doing dialogue? I'm not entirely sure what's going on or what I should be doing.[/ooc]

Sadly, I'm not playing this time because I'm leaving for Serbia tonight. Otherwise, I would love to play dominos. I'll be back the 29th so I'm hopeing mafia and the other game doesn't start till then. I will try to steal a WiFi signal and go on occasionally but ill probably gonna be zoned out till then.

Kow: Regular RP, with me moderating discussion. This first step was for players to understand other players a little better, and individual action will pick up shortly.

Sue has now returned on her bike (conveniently stowed underneath the seats earlier) to the group and is carrying a large brown grocery bag full of food. She explains to you that up the road a couple miles was a general goods store that she grabbed dinner from. "I'm sorry meeting up took so long, guys," she explains, "I was hoping that we'd be able to start up tonight. But its already five, it'll only get colder and darker over the next few hours. We'll stay up at my parents' cabin for the night and start out in the morning." She explains that you need to go through Eisenhower Tunnel, and then it would be about another hour drive to the cabin.

After a little while of light conversation, everyone piles in to the van with Sue driving. The drive to the Eisenhower Tunnel is at a crawl and Sue groans disapprovingly. "Its not even raining, why would the tunnel be closed?" The van comes to a complete stop, with a red light just barely visible in the distance. In front of you, people are turning around, with the rare car pulling over to the side. Finally, Sue pulls up to a state trooper, who appears to be coming around to all the vehicles stuck. "What's the problem officer?" She asks.

"There's been an accident in the tunnel. Traffic is advised to turn around," he responded. Sue frowned. "If you would like, you can wait for the tunnel to reopen," the officer added, "but we're looking at at least another hour before that would be a possibility."

"Well, let me ask my group, alright?"

"Take all the time you need, ma'am. If you do choose to turn around, go ahead and proceed to Officer Red," he said pointing at another officer helping to reroute traffic in the other lane, "if you choose to stay, we ask that you pull over out of the left or middle lane so that we can get the people that we need in and out of the tunnel."

"Alright, thank you officer," Sue says in response. The officer nods and walks off to the car behind the van. "Well guys, what do you think? Should we wait for the tunnel to open up, or do you want to try the alternative route?"

We wait so I can take a nap. And young lady, please try to keep these kids away from me or I might forget myself and I'd rather not that happening in front of such a charming lady. *wrinkled smile*

Is anyone playing as Aron Rolston? That would be pretty sweet. Too bad I missed the sign-ups.

I say we ignore the police and plow through to the other side of the tunnel. Or we can wait. I'm cool with either one.

This is just recreation for me and I just want to have fun with it. I have no real objective and I'm not really trying to conquer any height, actually the only reason I'm here is because my mom thinks it would be good for me after watching that osbourne kid rock climbing and losing all that weight. Hey the longer we can stay in this car the better so I think we should just wait for tunnel to clear. Unless of course the alternative route is longer? Actually which ever is longer.

Comfy coats and in a car. What do I care.

I'm kind of hungry though.

Sue sighs and points to the half full grocery bag. Feel free to dig into the leftovers: three sandwiches, four apples and an apple juice. You ate the rest at the scenic overlook.

An apple for me. Healthy food for a healthy body!

I'll have the apple juice because it's measured in fluid ounces
