Make /m have the same functionality as /w. That's how it works in StarCraft, and it's intuitive. Doesn't even need to be listed in the list of shoutbox commands. It's there just if someone prefers, or accidentally uses, /m instead of /w.

Alternatively, we could just allow people to delete their own shouts.

"/a" is not functional, by the way.
