Does anyone know if there is a way to make terrain snap to grid? Trying to create a bound map similar to those made in starforge from the original starcraft, but am finding the my biggest problem is not having snap-to-grid style terrain placement. It's really difficult to be sure that all the squares are the same size, if not impossible.

:payne:

The only way I had found back in the beta was to place units with the grid and use the corresponding shape (diamond or square) of terrain to fit within the boundaries of my region of units.
Then, I'd copy those units around and redo the same thing.

... it took me a while to understand we could select and Copy+Paste terrain. You can also use the editor's grid instead of a unit-grid.

I hope this helps :S

Woah

Yeah, I'd just copy/paste the terrain while you have the editor's grid up.
