What browser does 'yall use? If your browser is based on another browser on this list, vote for that browser; otherwise, Other works. Interested in what SENners use. Vote for what you use most often.

Chrome FTW. I'd use Opera instead, but... it feels weird. Lol. I think I dislike how it starts processing pages, displaying things then arranging them properly. FX was just slower.

Ninja by 3 hours?

I actually have a whole bunch of browsers installed:
Lynx is for fun.
Firefox is my main browser. Greasemonkey and addons make it indispensable.
Opera is there to test with. It used to be my browser when firefox was still in 1.x development (and it cost money for the non-banner version). I'd use it were it not for the awkward interface and lack of customization.
Chrome is there because it's "fast". Now with extensions, it's a viable browser, but it still doesn't have diagonal gestures that I can find, and seriously lacks customization. The options menu is highly unprofessional.
IE8 is there because it's either ie6 or risk breaking some stuff by uninstalling it. That and it's a bitch to uninstall.

Pretty sure I uninstalled safari, though I've had it installed before (for testing). God I hate apple products.

Never heard of the epic snail bite clan ninjas? Sure they may be slow but get the job done just as well! :P

Firefox, because I need customization. I can't live without it. ;)
Also despite there apparently being viable alternatives now I don't really miss anything with FF so I see no need to switch.

I never even tried to uninstall IE8 because I just don't care. In some rare cases where I need to be logged into a website twice or want to test something it's even useful, so why bother.

>.> <.< >.> <.< It's not so much my browser as my eyesight in the morning.

Anyway, I use Firefox for its familiar layout [i've used firefox for a good 90% of my internet-dealings], Safari for its.. rather convenient quirks, Chrome, for its minimalistic layout, and whatever version of IE is still on this piece of junk PC for crashing the servers of forums that I hate! On desktops I use Firefox and occasionally Chrome. In consoles, I tend to use w3m or lynx.

I used Firefox for a long time, but I've found that unless I'm doing web coding, Chrome is just easier, it seems to crash less frequently, or at least has good protection against it, runs faster, and still has all the extensions I love. Firefox is still pretty good though, and when it comes to installing a browser for anyone else, I'd choose it, since it follows the IE look.

Hello

I used to use firefox but I noticed how much more sexier opera is. And faster.

DarkenedFantasies -- Probably just didn't care. For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically

Oh_Man -- so that makes me think maybe the theory they are unfinished is not true and its a deliberate design decision, coz why not finish them wen ur making brood war?
[2026-6-21. : 4:25 am]
Oh_Man -- the thing is thos buildings are from classic. that means they went ahead and made brood war without ever finishing the 'unfinished' buildings
[2026-6-20. : 6:15 pm]
Ultraviolet -- Yeah he's talked about a lot of that stuff in his casts before. It seems plausible. Especially knowing how Blizzard of yesteryear operated.

NudeRaider -- to clarify: couldn't recall the behavior for every single Protoss building but I was aware the disparity exists.
[2026-6-20. : 3:43 pm]
NudeRaider -- Contained nothing new for me. Didn't know all building's behavior, but very much all unit's. Also Terran balance whine - also nothing new
