Streetlight Manifesto - Here's To Life

Well It makes me sick when I think of it
All my heroes could not live with this
And I hope you rest in peace because with us you never did
And KDC you were much too young and you changed my life
But I draw the line at suicide
Here's to Liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiife!

One of the best outros ever written.

The Academy Is... - In Our Defense

As far as you're concerned the next breath that you take should be underwater.
You're worthless. You've been told once before.
This time you're gonna get back a little more than you paid for.

It's a damn shame, The Academy EP showed real promise, and they went off into the Almost Here / Santi direction, which was good, but then it all just went down hill. Ugh.

I haven't listened to to the EP (I'll check it out now) but I thought Almost Here was excellent. Santi, however was just bland and generic. I stopped following them after that.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
[2026-7-16. : 6:26 am]
NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
