I don't know what your problem with Nexon is. They make great games.
Combat Arms and Maplestory were okay, except they're both absolutely ruined by cash shop. And Maplestory too much grinding.

They made rebirthing free, Nexon can live for now
Perfect world is too shitty now cause of their cash shop. Also the end game content is ridiculous. For a Level 98 (103 is pretty much max level right now), theres two things you can do, be a tool in some assholes world domination plan, or be that asshole.

DarkenedFantasies -- Probably just didn't care. For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.
NudeRaider -- to clarify: couldn't recall the behavior for every single Protoss building but I was aware the disparity exists.
