Just import a ogv I assume. Dunno exactly how to show it, but I doubt it's hard.

Perhaps this: "Set Dialog Item Flash" function, description: "Sets the flash animation file to play for the selected dialog item"

-yes this is it. I just checked the guy's map and its a .ogv texture file. He makes a doodad and uses the "video" as the doodads texture, brilliant idea. I can even watch the video in the editor when I view the terrain
