There isn't a Mac editor yet. Not sure about playing custom maps, you might have to try a loader or replacing a blizzard map with your custom map, and playing that.

And Motive from SC2Mapster created a Mac Launcher. With this tool, you can test maps locally (the Test Document feature of GE) or play them online with a friend.
