Additionally, there is not enough information. We see that you're modifying an integer, but I don't see, for example, the dialog's triggers. As far as I know, the only way to make the dialog change periodically is to create a periodic event (every .05 seconds) where you update the dialog - set it's value or title, again, to the variable you want it to display. In this case, make the periodic event update as often as you would expect the variable to be increased.
