Just here for the activity... well not really

This game was inspired by https://www.logiquiz.com/
Rules
  • We are trying to build a chain of self-referential logical statements. The goal is to get as high as we can (420?)
  • Each post is of the following format:

    Quote
    N: <self-referential logical statement>

  • Posts must reference other posts in their logical statement, for example:

    Quote
1: The next statement is false
    Quote
2: The previous statement is false
    Quote
3: Statement 1 and 2 are both true
    Quote
    4: Statement 3 is false
    Quote from me explaining
3 is false, and 4 is true, because exactly one of 1 and 2 are true.
  • However, once there is a post that creates a logical paradox, the chain is broken, for example, any of the following
    Quote
    5: This statement is false
    Quote from me explaining
This is the classic liar paradox and creates a paradox with itself, regardless of the previous statements. Unless...?
  • Unique ways of breaking the chain will grant the chain breaker poster 20 minerals. Breaking the chain in a way that's been broken already -- including the example above -- does not grant any rewards.

Additional Standard Chain Rules
  • Double posting is discouraged, but how the hell can I enforce it?
  • If we fail, we can start again from 1

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

3: There will not be much activity after 2
