File Description
Basically, this program provides a quick and easy way to design obstacles for bounds. After you design an obstacle you like, you can then generate the trigger code needed to create it in SC.

When you launch the program, it starts blank.
On the terrain tab, you can select from a limited range of tiles and draw whatever you want. This is purely for aesthetics and serves no functional purpose (the program doesn't export anything).
On the location tab, you can place locations (fixed to tile size) and give them a naming convention. They will be named automatically based on placement order.
On the explosion tab, you can assign explosions to appear at specified locations for an indefinite number of sequences. You can also specify how long the current sequence should pause before moving on to the next sequence. You can also select different units to use as the explosions if you wish.
When you want to preview the obstacle, you can hit the "Play" button and it will loop through the sequences as if it was actually running as a trigger in SC. While the obstacle is playing, you cannot add/remove explosions, but you can still move around and resize locations (which is a great feature if you're bored).
Finally, if you're satisfied with your creation, you can hit the "Switch to Code Generation" button at the bottom to generate the trigger actions. The program will create actions for SCMDraft 2 or Starforge. You can specify a line break after X amount of lines, because triggers are limited to 64 actions, and some obstacles may require more than that; the line break is just a convenience if you need to bridge triggers for an obstacle.

Note: This program requires .NET Framework 4 to run.

Cool and works. Thanks :)

It generates text triggers which you can copy/paste. Besides, it's primarily used as a design tool, as constantly testing and adjusting using SC can be very time consuming.
